Training is not inference. Voice is not video.
A person may permit one use and prohibit another. Permissions are modular by design.
Training
Permission to use likeness, voice, or performance data to train or improve models — granted only when explicitly contracted.
Inference / rendering
Permission to generate outputs from an approved model or twin under defined campaign, territory, and term constraints.
Synthetic voice
A distinct grant from likeness or video. Voice cloning and delivery require their own scope, media, and approval path.
Synthetic video
Visual twin and performance recreation as a separate permission bundle — never implied by a voice or stills license alone.

§ 05C·DEED Verify
Provenance as a visible mark.
Every asset that touches a licensed likeness carries a visible DEED Verify™ mark. Deep Gold is reserved for ownership and provenance — not decoration. Verify is authentication for licensed AI content: a signal that a rights path exists before the asset is treated as inventory.
§ 05D·Boundaries
What DEED will not do without consent.
- Ship a digital human, voice product, or synthetic performance without a signed, explicit consent contract.
- Treat training rights as implied by a campaign license.
- Present roadmap products as live inventory.
- Disintermediate the agency trust channel that currently underwrites Kerala celebrity bookings.
- Claim formal legal-registry status for a private contractual rights layer.
